Mientras una de las participantes corre, las demás descansan, se rehidratan y comen en una casa rodante hasta que se pide el relevo. Ellas recibieron seis mil dólares por participar, pero fue un dinero insuficiente para todos los gastos que debían realizar como trámites migratorios, transporte aéreo, alimentación e hidratación, artículos médicos y de higiene personal, hospedaje en Los Ángeles y en Las Vegas, así como la renta de la casa rodante, por lo que juntaron fondos a través de donativos. Ojo: mañana comienza construcción en US 95 y Grand Teton Drive
La ciudad de Las Vegas comenzará la construcción de un paso elevado en la autopista U.S. 95 en Grand Teton Drive este domingo. La autopista 95 se reducirá a dos carriles en cada dirección desde la noche del 31 de marzo, causando interrupciones en Grand Teton y calles cercanas. El objetivo es mejorar la movilidad en el noroeste del valle. Se construirá un nuevo puente sobre la U.S. 95 y se reconstruirán algunas calles adyacentes.
