Candidate Filing

Judicial Candidate Filing – January 5 – 16, 2026

The list of candidates for Judicial office who filed for candidacy will be posted here.

Pursuant to NRS 293.179, certain judicial candidates are now required to fill out and submit a questionnaire during the filing period. These questionnaires will be posted here.

Non-Judicial Candidate Filing – March 2 – 13, 2026

Primary Election

The 2026 Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.  

The Effective Absentee System for Elections (EASE) will be available to use not later than Friday, April 24, 2026 and will close with polls on election day.

Early Voting began on Saturday, May 23, 2026 and ran through Friday, June 5, 2026. 

General Election

The 2026 General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

The Effective Absentee System for Elections (EASE) will be available to use not later than Friday, September 25, 2026 and will close with polls on election day.

Early voting begins on Saturday, October 17, 2026 and runs through Friday, October 30, 2026.
